About the Work. The same editorial team that is responsible for the established Handbook of Distribution Law has developed this collection of forms related to distribution law in the broadest sense as a complement to that work. It includes commented and immediately applicable contract templates for all important forms of distribution practice, including related agreements such as purchasing cooperatives.
