The book "OR AT/BT" has proven itself in recent years as an important standard work for practitioners and students. On the occasion of the necessary reprint, the chapters on the special part of the book in particular have been revised and updated in the present 3rd edition. Furthermore, relevant changes in the law, new case law, and new literature that has appeared in the meantime have been updated throughout the entire work. Also included are references to adopted (e.g., to the new statute of limitations) and pending revisions.

The General Part contains Swiss contract law, the law of enrichment, the law of tort, and quasi-contractual claims. The Special Part comprehensively presents the various nominal and the most important innominate contracts. This work describes the important doctrines of the CO in a clear and methodical manner. In addition, it critically examines controversies in case law and doctrine.
