Books on coaching and coaching methods are abundant. Unfortunately, most only present the preferred approach of the respective author or repeat the formal structure of coaching events and processes.

This handbook provides the opportunity to explore various scientifically grounded approaches and schools from the perspective of their representatives. It brings together established thoughts, tested methods, and proven practices into an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary comprehensive work that transcends different schools. The goal is to understand the foundations, attitudes, and methods of coaching, to illuminate them from various angles, and to potentially integrate them into one's own coaching concept.
