Product details

In recent years, claim management has become increasingly important. The reasons for this development include the intensified international competitive conditions and the ever-growing demands of clients on contractors. The dimensions of projects are expanding, and complexity is steadily increasing. Often, bids from suppliers are accepted without sufficient feasibility studies, following the motto: as long as the contract is secured, the increased risk might even be an opportunity! However, there is a growing demand for additions to the original contract, change orders, or other modifications. These changes are necessary, but often contract weaknesses and gaps allow for differing interpretations regarding who is ultimately responsible for these changes. This is where claim management comes into play, to mitigate the risk potential arising from the changes and to ensure the project's outcome sustainably.
