This exam preparation course covers not only central topics of general administrative law but also the areas of municipal law, police law, and regulatory law, which are part of the mandatory subjects for the First State Examination in Law. Issues related to administrative enforcement law and questions of state liability law complete the presentation. It combines knowledge transfer with case-related application of what has been learned, intertwining general explanations with concrete case solutions and enriching them with numerous tips on structuring legal opinions.

The Unirep Jura series is designed for targeted preparation for the First State Examination in mandatory subjects, providing essential evaluative foundations, an understanding of structure, and thus the ability to independently handle cases. The core topics of the respective subject area are presented, assuming that basic structures are already known and addressing them briefly, for example, through diagrams, definitions, or summaries.

In line with the didactic goals of the series, example cases serve to illustrate concepts. Exam-type problems and case constellations are explained and explored through a model solution. Suggestions for phrasing and notes on structural difficulties are provided as needed. For in-depth study, targeted and economical citation of further literature as well as relevant references from case law are utilized.
