Good food doesn't always have to look perfect – influencer and cabaret artist Michi Buchinger has known this for a long time. After almost setting his kitchen on fire more than once in his legendary cooking videos on YouTube, his first cookbook is finally here!

Michi's diet? A balancing act between healthy and junk food. Instead of white rice, there's cauliflower rice, leaving room for his infamous chips toast.
