Product details

What do Europe's children sing? The songbook brings together 58 songs from all regions of Europe, with a focus on German and English-language songs - play songs, animal songs, seasonal songs, songs for festivals and celebrations. All songs are available with singable German translations, and simple chord symbols above the notes help with the accompaniment. Special attention has been paid to keys suitable for children. An instrumental sing-along CD is included in the book to help children get acquainted with the songs and sing along. Another special feature of this songbook, which is published by LIEDERPROJEKT, are the pictures: The sought-after Berlin photographer Jan von Holleben worked with children to create an illustration for each song. These children are real experts who like to sing a lot themselves, because they are VOKALHELDEN in the choral programme of the Berliner Philharmoniker. The VOKALHELDEN can also be heard on the separately available song CD, which they recorded together with Peter Schindler.
