Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Roald Dahl's children's book classic, most recently adapted by Tim Burton, is told with such imagination and affection that it has captivated adults for decades. Eleven-year-old Charlie Bucket lives in the poorest conditions and primarily survives on cabbage soup. However, he wins a tour of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory along with four other children, where marvelous things happen. The young heroes experience wild adventures and face numerous challenges, until in the end, only Charlie proves worthy of inheriting the legacy of the great chocolatier.
