Information about the Author Daniel Barber is a teacher, teacher trainer, and writer living in southern Spain. He has taught for over twenty years in Mexico, the UK, and Spain. In addition to co-founding and managing a language school in Cádiz, he has written for several publishers and co-authored the book "From English Teacher to Learner Coach." He is an experienced tutor for the Trinity Certificate and Diploma TESOL courses. His interests include motivation factors, the future of English teaching, evidence-based learning, and how children and adults learn languages. Daniel was recently part of the National Geographic Learning team that developed "Perspectives," a course for high school students, and he is a co-author of NGL's InFocus blog. Amanda Jeffries is a teacher, trainer, and author. She grew up in northern England and completed her DELTA after graduating in modern languages from the University of Oxford.
