Case Management Leitlinien

The guidelines of the German Society for Care and Case Management were first published in this compilation in 2015 and are regarded as a statement from the professional association regarding the quality standards that should be applied to the implementation of case management. The recommendations remain open to field-specific or institution-specific nuances. The revised guidelines consistently continue what the DGCC stands for: as a professional organization, it provides guidance through the development of recommendations aimed at ensuring the quality in which case management is applied in practice. This volume includes: framework recommendations from the DGCC on the case management action concept, ethical foundations of the DGCC regarding the case management action concept, standards of the DGCC for standardization and auditing - case management at the organizational level, and revised standards and guidelines from the DGCC for further education: case management in social and health care and in employment promotion.
