Product details

There are three youngsters who are hatching plans for the upcoming school holidays and know for sure that nothing will happen this year either. There is the Troika, who meets regularly for the carambole game, Schorsch, who always turns up when you least expect him, and the two opposing brothers who have never spoken to each other since their inheritance disputes. In the village, the people remain paralyzed in their everyday life while everything around them changes: restaurants are closing, new residential areas are emerging, social networks are breaking down, and families are falling apart.

In twelve rounds, Jens Steiner approaches this social structure, leaving the village people to freeze in their helplessness and opening up very small gaps through which a step into an uncertain future would be possible.
