Product details
The new edition addresses all training and examination-relevant areas of public construction law. With a deliberate avoidance of scientific depth, the most important building regulations and planning law provisions are presented in their basic outlines. Fundamental case law from higher courts is frequently referenced. Even in this now fifth, completely revised edition, the book remains true to its proven concept of limiting case law and literature references to a manageable level, avoiding overload as well as excessive footnote citations. The latter focus on fundamental and particularly current court decisions and literature references. The case law and literature are up to date as of August 2020. In terms of content, the focus on the essentials has been maintained, leaving out anything superfluous or not relevant to examinations. This way, especially students preparing for the First State Examination are shown a path to familiarize themselves comprehensively with the subject of public construction law in a concentrated form and without unnecessary ballast, enabling them to successfully pass written and oral exams. The fact that building regulations are state law is taken into account by listing the relevant legal provisions from all state building codes in the footnotes. Therefore, this work is equally suitable for exam preparation in all 16 federal states.
