Busoni in Bad Bottmingen

Ferruccio Busoni, the world-famous pianist and composer, comes to Basel in autumn 1910 for a master class, or more precisely to the village of Bottmingen, just outside the town, where he takes up residence in the Weiherschlo&szlig. Famous guests are welcome here, because the farming village wants to become internationally known as a health resort - but Busoni not only brings the glamour of the big world to Bottmingen, his notorious love affairs and his dubious nature also cause some confusion and turn the village into half a madhouse: What absurd plan is the director of the castle hotel pursuing to get his daughter married?
