The work
In addition to the BRAO, the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers and the Specialist Lawyers' Code are also explained in a practice-oriented manner. It also contains a commentary on the Partnership Act and the Patent Attorneys' Code. In addition, the commentary provides information on the law governing lawyers from the EU. The Act on the Activities of European Lawyers in Germany (EuRAG) is commented on.
The particularly careful processing of published, but also unpublished, decisions further increases the value of the commentary.
