The comprehensive commentary provides an in-depth, detailed, and practice-oriented analysis of the Federal Act on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy, the Federal Act on Debt Collection against Municipalities and other Corporations under Cantonal Public Law, as well as Articles 51-58 of the Federal Act on Mandatory Unemployment Insurance and Insolvency Compensation.

The new edition incorporates the extensive case law and literature that has emerged since 2010. Additionally, numerous legislative changes have been taken into account, particularly the revision of restructuring law, the new regulations on commercial representation, and the cancellation of unjustified debt collections.
