One of the biggest professional challenges for teachers is supporting children with behavioral difficulties. However, the German-speaking region has so far offered few proven professional development formats for this purpose. In this book, the author develops and evaluates a process-oriented training concept. The results provide a conceptual framework for the development of future professionalization measures and represent an important contribution towards an inclusive education system.
