Finding answers to these questions was the focus of a conference organized by the Europe Institute at the University of Zurich on August 25, 2022. Various contributors sought answers in specific areas. To make the insights gained accessible to a broader audience, articles and reports based on the presentations from the two discussion rounds are now available in this conference volume.
