Art is Hans-Christian Sanladerer's passion and calling, weaving through his life like a red thread: After studying graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg, he pursued a postgraduate degree in illustration at Parsons School of Art in New York. The native of Garmisch-Partenkirchen created numerous illustrations for publishers and editorial offices, as well as designs for glass, porcelain, and wallpaper, illustrated board games, and translated his sensitive observations of political, social, and everyday events into humorous editorial cartoons. He has since dedicated himself to urban sketching. As a lecturer, he inspires and motivates people in both online and offline workshops, as well as on painting and drawing trips - true to his personal motto: "Motifs are everywhere.
