The feeling of life of a rebellious generation at the end of East Germany. They are the last cohort allowed to experience everything – back then in Dresden, from the summer before the fall of the Wall until reunification: the warm nights at the outdoor pool and the ID checks by the "Flics" on the "Rue," the concerts at the FDJ youth club "X. World Festival," or in the church of the prefab housing estate, where a hippie they call "Kiste" because he is so heavy, cooks soup for the punks and their pastor's daughters with a watchful eye. They are the last to still have "pre-military training." And they are the first to apply what they learned there in the fall of '89 against the state power. And ultimately against each other. Because what do you have left if you contribute to the fall of the Wall but still have to take a math test the next day, especially when your girlfriend is a devout communist?.
