I would prefer to see a 0 on the scale. Do you know how hard it is when you drag yourself through each day, hoping it will just pass quickly? When you're still relatively young, it's so easy to be influenced. Isn't it sad that I already thought I was too fat at around nine years old and dreamed of losing weight and finally being thin?
