Bremer und Freiburger Vorträge

This volume contains the complete publication of the Bremen lecture cycle "Einblick in das ist" (1949) and the Freiburg lecture cycle "Grundsätze des Denkens" (1957). Both lecture series gave at the time of their oral lecture and the following, however only partial publication a broader audience - albeit still limited - insight into the historical thinking of the late Heidegger. Under the title "Insight into what is", the "Bremen Lectures" unfold the essential question of the basic event of this constellation in the history of beyng, the danger hidden in it and its possible overcoming, on the guideline of the question of the full essence of the thing and its custody in the age of technology as the dominion of the "Ge-Stell", in which the existing appears only in the form of the stock that can be ordered.
