Author's Text
Paul E. Dennison is internationally recognized as an author, trainer, and speaker on movement-based learning. He developed the Dennison Laterality Training and the Brain Gym® methods and is a co-founder of Brain Gym® International. His teaching style is characterized by a vibrant and playful spirit, and he even once guest-taught a course exclusively for the members of the Frankfurt Ballet under the artistic direction of William Forsythe. Together with his wife Gail, he has published a number of books and other publications, some of which have been translated into more than forty languages. His foundational, autobiographically influenced book "Brain Gym® - My Journey" was published in 2006 by VAK. Gail E. Dennison, along with her husband Paul, developed Educational Kinesiology and the Brain Gym® exercises and is a co-author of the Edu-K® books and scripts. Their enthusiasm for art, music, and dance and their relationship to developmental and perceptual skills shapes their entire work.
