Bockwurst. Einfach Kult!

The Germans are undisputed world champions when it comes to sausages. Who doesn't know the Thuringian bratwurst, currywurst, and of course, bockwurst? The latter has largely remained a specialty within our national borders and continues to enjoy great popularity. The successful Thuringian chef Herbert Frauenberger is a confessed bockwurst lover. After his often very long workdays, he learned to appreciate the crisp bite of the bockwurst.
