The Blue Line Workbook is closely linked in structure and content to the textbook. Students specifically deepen all the topics from the textbook. A reference system (page number with symbol) indicates the corresponding exercise in the other work. The focus of the exercises is on reinforcing writing skills, but listening, speaking, and reading are also trained in a varied manner.

Learning objectives summarized

For each learning objective in the checklist in the textbook, there are self-evaluation exercises in the workbook with point allocation. If the full points are achieved, the student can continue immediately; if fewer points are earned, corresponding references in the workbook lead to additional support exercises on the step-by-step pages.
