Bjarne und der Minister für Sicherheit

Bjarne lives with his grandmother during the week, who resides in a small house surrounded by a large garden. His favorite spot there is the treehouse in the old oak tree. One day, Bjarne comes home from school upset. "Why am I sometimes really angry?" he asks his grandmother very seriously. Grandma first encourages Bjarne to feel the anger in his body. This way, he can discover what the anger wants from him and what he needs to do for himself.

To explain to Bjarne how feelings arise and how important they are for survival, Grandma gradually tells him the story of a person who is new to the world. And since the person is still unfamiliar with everything, Mother Earth provides him with a Minister of Safety, who has his workplace in the person's nervous system. The Minister helps the person successfully face challenges, fend off or overcome dangers. But he also supports him in deepening friendships with other people.

As Grandma gradually tells Bjarne the story of the person and the Minister of Safety, Bjarne discovers a family of foxes in the garden that evokes very different feelings in him. He has to think a lot about everything Grandma tells him, and he wonders if he has such a Minister in his nervous system as well. Grandma never tires of listening to all of Bjarne's questions and always finds a good answer for him.

With the help of mindful exercises, both embark on a journey of exploration within the body, so that Bjarne learns to recognize what his Minister of Safety intends and to take responsibility for doing what is important to him in order to be happy. And so that Bjarne doesn't forget anything from all that Grandma has told him, she summarizes everything in the great energy circle for him at the end.
