Children are constantly in motion, continuously shaping and discovering their world anew. We are amazed daily by the creativity of children's works, as they repeatedly show us how open, curious, and creative children engage with the possibilities their environment offers. "Images in Motion" - as the motto and aim of this book, means that materials, techniques, and diverse methods are presented that cater to the creative drive of four to ten-year-old children and support their development. Aesthetic education, with its various forms of expression, encompasses a wide range of educational areas. In the first part, the authors address the many aspects of aesthetic education that enliven everyday pedagogical practice. Thus, educators are continually faced with new challenges.
