Bewegung und Sport bei Menschen mit Cerebralparese

The object of this work is to investigate the physical, psychological and social effects of targeted exercise and sports interventions on adolescents and young adults with cerebral movement disorders. Therapeutic contents such as stretching programs, trunk stabilization and cognitive training on the one hand, and sports interventions such as cycling, trampolining, swimming, skill and ball games on the other hand were carried out over a period of 3 weeks during a summer camp. In the introductory theoretical part of the paper, a presentation of different cerebral movement disorders as well as their diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities is given. In order to obtain information about the physical or functional or motor effects of movement and sport, motor tests were performed by means of the Gross Motor Fuction Measurement and the Timed Up & Go Test.
