The four steps of transforming emotions and a reflection segment to prepare for meditation (24 min.) 2. Meditation: Transforming unpleasant emotions (21 min.) Emotions such as fear, anger, rage, hatred, shame, guilt, powerlessness, inferiority, envy, jealousy, loneliness, and depression are energies that many people suffer from deeply. We feel helplessly at their mercy when they haunt us. No one has told us how to deal constructively with emotions. This is the purpose of this CD. Since childhood, we have created all these emotions through corresponding thoughts. Emotions arise from thoughts, so they are our own creations. When we experience them alongside physical sensations such as tightness, pressure, tension, heart palpitations, and others, we only want one thing: to get rid of them. However, what we reject and want to eliminate must remain. All emotions can be transformed by us, their creator. However, this requires a completely new attitude towards them. In the first part of the CD, the process of transformation is explained in detail in four steps. Additionally, you will prepare for the meditation through a series of reflection questions. In the subsequent meditation, you will have the opportunity to learn how to transform each emotion you have been suffering from, guiding you through two situations from your childhood that were significant for the emergence of these emotions.
