Narrated by Beatrix Rehrmann. In the two meditations on this CD, Beatrix Rehrmann guides you to encounter your body in an unusual yet very loving way. In the first meditation, you will be guided to establish a personal connection with a sick organ in your body, to address it directly, and to support its healing process effectively. In the second meditation, Beatrix Rehrmann invites you to stand naked in front of a large mirror for 20-30 minutes, to become very aware of your thoughts and feelings towards it, and then to lovingly attend to its less favored areas, thereby entering into a new relationship with it as if it were your best friend.
