Attention: This is the collection of laws for the final examination under the old regulation! The collection of laws for the examination under the new regulation 2020 is available in 2 volumes: Vol. 1 Economic Laws, Vol. 2 Balance Sheets and Taxes. This 2023 collection of laws is intended for the 2nd part examination for business economists (IHK) under the old regulation and includes, according to the DIHK list of aids: unannotated legal texts, particularly the Civil Code, labor laws (Works Constitution Act, Protection Against Dismissal Laws, General Equal Treatment Act, etc.), Federal Data Protection Act, GDPR, environmental laws (Federal Immission Control Act, Water Resources Act, Circular Economy Act, Packaging Act, Federal Soil Protection Act, Federal Nature Conservation Act, etc.) and the EMAS Regulation.
