Product details
Tim Teetz presents a job rotation pilot study based on current theories of job design aimed at securing the employability of production workers. Initial results from the long-term evaluation show positive effects on intrinsic motivation, work ability, and the affective commitment of the participants. Furthermore, differences in the perception of working conditions also emerge. If the results are confirmed in the further course of the project, job rotation will represent an effective measure for job design in the industry to successfully address demographic change.
