Berufsbildender Deutschunterricht im Kontext von Migration und Einwanderung

(Vocational) school learning groups, companies and businesses have changed considerably in recent decades as a result of migration and immigration. It is no longer possible to assume linguistically and culturally homogeneous training situations. This also presents research into vocational German teaching with the task of conceiving and designing both teaching and teacher professionalisation in an increasingly diversity-oriented way. This volume presents current research projects as well as teaching concepts from theory and practice that address the topics of multilingualism, internationalisation, post-migrant literature teaching and the promotion of reading and writing skills in linguistically heterogeneous learning groups. The aim of the volume is to emphasise the need for research into diversity-oriented vocational German teaching, to define future fields of research and to stimulate specialist discussion.
