Many people experience small and larger crises in their lives. The range includes personal losses, difficulties at work, problems in relationships, as well as depressive moods and anxieties. To overcome these challenges, it is important to mobilize one's own resources. 60 selected resource exercises in a practical card format help your patients quickly reflect on their own resources in difficult situations, activate these resources through the exercises, and approach challenges with greater calmness. The exercises are divided into four categories: (1) Imagination (2) Distraction (3) Resource and Activity (4) Mindfulness / Meditation. Each resource exercise is illustrated on the back of the card with a corresponding image.
