Belgien: Via Mosana / Via Monastica

This book describes the "Via Mosana," one of the Belgian pilgrimage routes to Santiago de Compostela. The approximately 300 km long path leads from the Cathedral in Aachen through Liège to Rocroi in France. The hiking guide provides a detailed description for the entire route and also points out alternative paths for cyclists. For the last section of the route, which has become difficult to traverse in recent times, a detour via the Via Monastica through the Meuse Valley is introduced. Accurate maps and elevation profiles, a fold-out overview map in the cover flap, tips for accommodation, and information about the towns along the way complete the route description.
