From here, but not from yesterday: Michael Pratter cooks up and presents flavorful classics of Salzburg's tavern culture – freshly featured on the menu of Sternbräu and now also adapted for home kitchens. He relies on traditional and rustic recipes – all deeply rooted in the region, yet nearly vanished from menus everywhere – and gives them a modern twist.
