Author's Note
Christin Opitz was born in Berlin in 1970. Even in his early years, he stood out due to his phenomenal intelligence. From the age of six, he engaged intensively with the natural sciences, particularly biology and atomic physics. At twelve, he turned his attention to nutrition and holistic health. Over the next seven years, Christian Opitz developed groundbreaking new concepts for the theoretical understanding and practical application of natural laws in nutrition, naturopathy, and spiritual development.

Back Cover Text
Liberated breathing - a highly effective breathing method that is almost unknown to us - was already hinted at in the Bhagavad Gita, taught by some oral traditions of Taoism, and corresponds to the findings of Russian scientists regarding the physiology of breathing: The research of Bouteyko, Strelkov, and Frolov shows that almost all people exhibit a chronic hyperventilation syndrome, which, contrary to common beliefs, causes a lack of oxygen at the cellular level. With regular practice, liberated breathing leads to a natural state in three months that refreshes and regenerates us physically and mentally. Our breathing rhythm at rest slows down, which ideally influences the functions of the pituitary and pineal glands.
