The Compendium of Construction Law by Dürr is the classic reference for building planning and construction regulations in Baden-Württemberg, suitable for both education and practice. The 18th edition covers, among other things, the Land Mobilization Act with its various provisions aimed at facilitating residential construction projects, as well as the latest amendment to the Building Code (BauGB) to strengthen the digitalization of the building planning process. The section on construction regulations addresses, among other things, the amendment of the State Building Code (LBO) through the Climate Protection Act, particularly the relaxation of distance regulations to facilitate infill development, as well as the law on the digitalization of the building permit process.
