It features stories from gloomy pubs in Finland, nostalgic coffee houses in Vienna, joy-filled bars in Spain, and sleepy pubs in Gibraltar. In these microcosms, the main characters meet, sometimes full of zest for life, sometimes battling loneliness, but always driven by the big and small questions of life.
