Bachelor + Master Konflikte: Definition, Arten, Lösungsansätze

Conflicts exist everywhere and on many levels, whether between spouses, between generations, or between states. They often possess not only destructive potential but also offer an opportunity for improvement and development. This study deals with approaches to conflict resolution. It distinguishes the term "conflict" from other similar terms and analyzes various types of conflicts. Additionally, it references the phase model of conflict escalation. Finally, forms of conflict management by the parties involved or with the help of a third party are discussed. In particular, conflict resolution through the mediation process by an outsider is highlighted and explained.
