Personal beschaffungs prozesse im internationalen Vergleich

This book provides insight into the topic of recruitment in an international comparison between Germany, France, China, and the USA. It addresses the international analysis of the application process, focusing on application documents and selection methods. The current economic and social conditions, as well as the economic interconnections of the comparison nations, are examined. Selected cultural theories are used to explain the identified peculiarities. Additionally, it includes discussions on a custom survey conducted to highlight the differences in the studied cultural spheres. The survey was completed by HR professionals from China, Germany, France, and the USA. Finally, individual results of the present work are discussed. It should be noted that the discussions are primarily directed towards the tourism industry.
