Allgemeine Bestimmungen des Unternehmensrechts: Österreich und Ägypten

The growing economic cooperation between German-speaking and Arabic-speaking countries makes corporate law an increasingly important field, which is also very current due to the recent legislative amendments. This paper examines the terminology of the general provisions of corporate law in the Austrian and Egyptian legal systems. The results of the terminological analysis are recorded in a concept-oriented database in SDL Multiterm and presented as a glossary. In addition, the terminological peculiarities of this specialized field are described in detail, compared between the Austrian and Egyptian terminology systems, and examined for their equivalence relationships, among other aspects.
