Autosuggestion

Émile Coué, the founder of modern conscious car suggestion, summarized his teaching in one sentence: 'I feel better and better every day in every respect. The power to believe in oneself, to reconcile imagination and will, were the cornerstones of his teaching. In numerous examples he shows the healing successes he achieved with his method, even with the chronically ill. The key to success was to audibly recite the above sentence at least twenty times after waking up and before falling asleep. According to Coué, influencing the unconscious so that it believes in the set goal led to the overcoming of illnesses and phobias, because every idea that we make consciously and anchor in the unconscious will become reality, strives to be realized. Whoever believes in himself can move mountains.
