However, improving the quality of life, by which most people understand the use of as many consumption and service offers as possible, also has a price that is often forgotten above consumption: the consumption of natural resources and its ecological consequences. Undoubtedly, economic growth has brought a high level of prosperity to many people, especially in industrialised countries. At the same time, however, the planet Earth has been and is being spent on growth, production, services and consumption.
