Auswirkungen von E-Government auf die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen

The researcher has set objectives to guide the study. These objectives include assessing the extent to which e-government is utilized, either fully or partially, in the Bulawayo city administration, analyzing the added value generated by the use of e-government in improving service delivery, examining the e-service channels employed by the Bulawayo city administration, analyzing the challenges associated with the use of e-government, and recommending strategies to enhance e-government utilization. The Bulawayo city administration began using e-government several years ago but still faces the challenge of providing residents with efficient and effective services. In this regard, it was imperative to determine through this study how to minimize the challenges faced by e-government and maximize its benefits. Chapter two provides a literature overview of the e-services offered by local authorities worldwide, as well as the e-service points used and challenges such as poor internet connectivity and lack of devices.
