As a point of contact with the outside world, the window plays a significant role in our relationship with landscape and nature; moreover, it is essential for grasping the magnitude of our environment. Contemporary art approaches this opening from both inside and outside, exploring boundaries and permeability. The reality of nature, which lies on the other side, is also called into question. The window becomes an artistic experimental field in which the relationships between inside and outside, reality and illusion are explored.
