As before, it is intended to serve as an informational aid for practitioners and as a resource for students to deepen their understanding of the subject. Therefore, the presentation of case law and prevailing doctrine is of primary importance. This textbook is intended as a supplementary volume to the General Part of the Law of Obligations by Gauch/Schluep/Schmid/Emmenegger, which does not include non-contractual liability law.
