About the author Kristina Vormwald, born in 1969. She trained as a nurse and has years of experience in various specialties. Alongside her work, Ms. Vormwald completed training as a naturopath in Munich and began her own practice in 1995, focusing on classical homeopathy, iris diagnostics, and autologous blood therapy. Having felt a deep connection with animals since childhood, she completed her training as an animal naturopath at the Paracelsus School in Frankfurt in 2013 and expanded her natural healing practice to include veterinary care in the Hessian Spessart region, with a focus on classical homeopathy, Schüssler salts, Dorn/Breuss therapy, and taping. Since 2018, Ms. Vormwald has also been leading the department for special seminars and is responsible for the nationwide training and continuing education offerings of the Paracelsus Schools. Since animals cannot express themselves verbally, animal therapists require comprehensive and solid training, which Ms. Vormwald has established with this training book at Paracelsus. To adequately treat an animal, one needs knowledge of a thorough and well-founded medical history, the ability to make a diagnosis, and the development of a therapeutic concept. As a specialist author, Ms. Vormwald also supports fully trained animal therapists with her book "Practice Book for Animal Naturopaths," providing treatment suggestions for over 400 medical conditions.
