Germany is in the deepest crisis since the founding of the Federal Republic. He proposes a new intergenerational contract that faces up to the demographic reality for the benefit of all, and calls for more investment in early childhood and digital education instead of scattergun social spending. On the energy issue, nuclear power plants of a new type must be discussed without taboos.
