This program offers a solution with 18 immediately applicable exercises specifically designed to meaningfully interrupt sitting time during lessons. Each exercise is easy to perform and takes only 6 to 10 minutes – you can definitely integrate this into your teaching routine! You will notice that these simple movement elements increase your class's concentration and teamwork skills. As exercise materials, you can use stress balls as well as other items from the classroom. The individual movement programs are divided into three different levels of difficulty.
