As an educator, you don't need to speak perfect English – what should be conveyed to the children is curiosity about the foreign language English. Each child can participate in their own way, as they can and want. Through listening, playing and singing together, speaking and rhyming, painting and crafting, the children will gradually become familiar with the new language – and all of this happens naturally.
